Is it really official Alcantara®?
Yes. Every AlcanCase is covered in genuine Alcantara®, the Italian microfibre produced by Alcantara S.p.A. and used in luxury car and supercar interiors. It is never a synthetic suede imitation, and that applies to all our cases for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel.
Does it work with MagSafe and wireless charging?
All our phone cases support wireless (Qi) charging, so you can charge without taking the case off.
iPhone cases marked MagSafe have a built-in magnet ring that snaps onto MagSafe chargers, wallets and car mounts. Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones don't use Apple's MagSafe system, but standard wireless charging works normally through the case.
How do I keep it looking great?
Spot clean with a soft cloth and a little mild soap and water, then let it air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol and heat. For everyday care, a gentle brush with a soft dry brush lifts the fibres and brings back the original soft feel.
Does Alcantara® wear over time?
Alcantara® is built to last, and like any premium material it develops a softer, lived-in feel with daily use. Lighter colours such as Orange can show wear sooner than darker ones like Space Grey or Deep Black. Regular gentle brushing keeps the surface looking fresh for longer.
Will it fit my exact phone?
Each case is precision-moulded for one specific model, with exact cut-outs for the buttons, cameras and charging port. Just choose your model on the product page, for example iPhone 17 Pro or Galaxy S26 Ultra, and make sure it matches the phone you have.
